CANCELLATION POLICY

Please call as soon as you know you will miss your scheduled appointment and I'll happily reschedule it for you. In the event of a cancellation of less than 24 hours for single services or a "no-show" you will be charged a 25% fee for all services cancelled. The account must be paid in full before any new services will be scheduled. Please schedule your appointments with care and be sure to give the minimum of 24 hours notice on all cancellations. If you cancel and/or reschedule more than 3 times a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook. This policy has been established to ensure that our service provider is compensated for the time they set aside for you. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
